Polymeric joint re-sanding
Sealer in wet-look or natural finish
Driveways, pool decks, patios and walkways
Weed and ant-mound suppression in joints
Color enhancement for faded pavers

Sealing a pool deck? We also clean the surrounding lanai and screen enclosure so the whole outdoor space matches.

Local Knowledge

Florida sun is brutal on pavers

UV fading, sprinkler rust, weeds in the joints and black mold in the shade — Orlando paver driveways and pool decks take a beating. A quality sealer is UV protection, stain resistance and weed suppression in one.

From pool decks in Windermere and Dr. Phillips to paver driveways across Lake Nona and Winter Garden, we match the finish to the stone — a natural look or a rich wet look, your call.

Frequently asked questions

How often should pavers be resealed in Florida?

Every 2–3 years for most properties. High-traffic driveways and full-sun pool decks trend toward the shorter end.

Wet look or natural finish — which should I choose?

Wet look deepens color and adds sheen; natural keeps the stone matte while still protecting it. We can show you examples of both before you decide.

How long before we can walk or drive on sealed pavers?

Foot traffic in 24–48 hours, vehicles in about 72 hours, depending on weather.

My pavers are badly faded. Can the color come back?

Usually yes — a deep clean plus an enhancing sealer revives most faded pavers dramatically. We will tell you upfront what is achievable.

I just had new pavers installed. When should they be sealed?

Wait 60–90 days so efflorescence (the white haze) can work its way out, then seal. Booking ahead gets you on the calendar at the right time.
